Securities Account Agreement definition

Securities Account Agreement means the customer account agreement entered into between the Issuer and the Securities Account Provider dated on or about the Issue Date, as amended by the side letter dated on or about the Issue Date entered into between (i) the Issuer, (ii) the Trustee, (iii) the Broker Dealer of Record, and (iv) the Securities Account Provider;
Securities Account Agreement means the Securities Account Agreement dated December 7, 1999 between the Issuer and Firstar Bank of Minnesota, N.A., as deposit agent.
Securities Account Agreement means the customer account agreement entered into between the Issuer and the Securities Account Provider dated 27 April 2018, as amended by the side letter dated 27 April 2018 entered into between (i) the Issuer, (ii) the Trustee, (iii) the Broker Dealer of Record, and (iv) the Securities Account Provider;
