Secured Party definition

Secured Party as used in this Annex means only Party B, (b) the term “Pledgor” as used in this Annex means only Party A, (c) only Party A makes the pledge and grant in Paragraph 2, the acknowledgement in the final sentence of Paragraph 8(a) and the representations in Paragraph 9.
Secured Party means either party, when that party (i) makes a demand for or is entitled to receive Eligible Credit Support under Paragraph 3(a) or (ii) holds or is deemed to hold Posted Credit Support.
Secured Party means any one of them.

Examples of Secured Party in a sentence

  • No Secured Party shall have any obligation or liability with respect to any Receivable, nor shall any of them be obligated to perform any of the obligations of the Borrower thereunder.

  • The Administrative Agent shall not be under any obligation to any Secured Party to ascertain or to inquire as to the observance or performance of any of the agreements or covenants contained in, or conditions of, this Agreement, or to inspect the properties, books, or records of the Borrower.


More Definitions of Secured Party

Secured Party means each of the Administrative Agent, each Lender, each Affected Party, each Indemnified Party, the Collateral Custodian, the Collateral Agent and the Account Bank.
Secured Party means Agent, each Lender, each L/C Issuer, each other Indemnitee and each other holder of any Obligation of a Credit Party including each Secured Swap Provider.
