Secured Debentures definition

Secured Debentures shall have the meaning set forth in the Purchase Agreement.
Secured Debentures means the debentures issued under the Indenture, as amended by the Supplemental Indenture.
Secured Debentures means the 5% senior Secured Debentures of Mosaic created and issued under the Secured Debenture Indenture, as described under "Capital Structure – Secured Debentures";

Secured Debentures means the 8.0% secured convertible debentures maturing June 1, 2021 (as may be amended from time to time) issued by the Issuer;
