More Definitions of SECTOR GROUP

SECTOR GROUP means the Sector group of companies being any (wholly or partially owned) subsidiary of Sector Asset Management AS, the shares/interests therein being held directly or indirectly by Sector Asset Management AS or any associated company, subsidiary or holding company thereof, which shall include but is not limited to, each Investment Manager. For the purpose of this definition, "subsidiary" shall include any company in which Sector Asset Management AS holds voting rights, ownership or any other economic interest. The Sector Group is the group that primarily promotes the Company and each Fund.
SECTOR GROUP means either the Health Sector Group; Housing Sector Group; or Local Authority Sector Group; and “Sector Groups” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Sponsor Group means the Sponsors and the Sponsor Related Parties.
