In the event that the property sold in terms hereof forms part of a sectional scheme, then the PURCHASER acknowledges that the Sectional Title Scheme of the PROPERTY is subject to the rules and regulations of the Body Corporate, which has been established in terms of the Sectional Titles Scheme as well as to the provisions of the Sectional Titles Act No. 95 of 1986.
