Sectional Title Schemes definition

Sectional Title Schemes means the following sectional title schemes developed as part of the Greenways Estate:
Sectional Title Schemes means a residential sectional title development upon a portion of the Land subject to the provisions of the Sectional Titles Act and which forms part of Mooiberge;
Sectional Title Schemes means the schemes to be developed on the portions of the land to be subdivided from the consolidated land referred to in A, B and C in the Preamble and depicted on the Site Development Plan attached marked Annexure 6;

  • Align activities with university research strategic initiative(s): The committee will contribute to the University’s strategic plan as needed, review and contribute to developing policies that will describe and direct research resource allocations, and coordinate lectures from nationally and internationally distinguished lecturers.

  • The trustees of the Sectional Title Schemes, by attaching their signatures to this document, agree that its contents are binding on all parties and accept the responsibility of obtaining indemnity from all owners and residents.

  • sectional title scheme means a scheme defined in section 1 of the Sectional Titles Act;
