SECTION SEVEN. MEMBER’S RESCISSION RIGHTS Member’s application to AHCS shall be Member’s offer to enter into a Member Agreement with AHCS. If AHCS accepts Member’s offer to enter into an Agreement, which acceptance shall only occur at AHCS’s place of business by its duly authorized corporate officer, the Agreement shall go into effect on the commencement date so stated on the application. The application is a part of the Membership Agreement. If Member’s application is accepted by AHCS, The Member may rescind this agreement within three (3) days of the commencement date. To rescind this Agreement, Member must deliver the signed cancellation notice to the business address or email address of AHCS as listed on the enrollment application, within the said three (3) day period of the signed member enrollment commencement. The date posted on the email or envelope by the U.S. Mail Service shall be the date referenced to determine if the cancellation request was timely made within the said three-day period. On compliance with this Section, a full refund shall be made to Member within thirty (30) business days. If Member does not receive the refund within the thirty-day period, Member agrees to call the customer care department to notify AHCS of such delay and the need to make a refund.
SECTION SEVEN. Any person or corporation shall not be permitted, and the Village shall not grant to any person or corporation, the right to install, extend, or maintain any water, gas, telephone, sewer, or other system, or any pipes, mains, conduits, or wires, so as to injure, damage, or interfere with the water system, pipes, hydrants, or mains of the Water Company; the Village shall not vacate or convey away any rights-of-way containing Water Company facilities without the Water Company’s prior approval or reservation of an easement providing a right to construct, operate, maintain, extend, or replace its facilities, and no person or corporation shall be permitted or granted the right to interfere in any way with any of the rights granted hereunder to the Water Company to construct, operate, install, extend, maintain, or replace its water system or use the streets, avenues, alleys, parks, and other public places as provided herein.
SECTION SEVEN. THE PARTIES shall submit any disputes or differences related to the interpretation and fulfillment of the obligations arising from this Agreement to the jurisdiction and venue of the competent Federal Courts in the City of México, and waive any other venue, jurisdiction or domicile that may correspond to them.
