Secret Matter definition

Secret Matter means any matter connected with or arising out of the performance of this Contract which has been, or may hereafter be, by a notice in writing given by the Customer to the Supplier be designated ‘top secret’, ‘secret’, or ‘confidential’;

Examples of Secret Matter in a sentence

  • If at any time either before or after the completion or termination of the Contract, the Second Party or any of their Employees discovers or suspects that an unauthorised person is seeking or has sought to obtain information directly or indirectly concerning any Secret Matter, the Second Party shall forthwith inform the Authority of the matter with full particulars thereof.

  • Unauthorised persons If at any time either before or after the completion or termination of the Contract, the Contractor or any of its Employees discovers or suspects that an unauthorised person is seeking or has sought to obtain information directly or indirectly concerning any Secret Matter, the Contractor shall forthwith inform the SSRO of the matter with full particulars thereof.
