Seconded Personnel definition

Seconded Personnel means individuals, other than Administrative Personnel, who are employed by CVR or any of its Affiliates and provided on a full-time basis to the Services Recipients in connection with provision of the Services.
Seconded Personnel means the employees of each Party or of any of its Affiliates, who will be seconded for providing full time services to the Company. The costs of such Seconded Personnel shall be borne by the Company.
