Secondary Securities definition

Secondary Securities has the meaning contained in Section 3.3(a)(v)(5).

  • Any such Secondary Securities shall be governed by the Indenture and shall be subject to the same terms (including the maturity date and the rate of interest from time to time payable thereon) as this Security (except, as the case may be, with respect to the title, issuance date and aggregate principal amount).
