Secondary Notes definition

Secondary Notes has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02 (b) hereof.

More Definitions of Secondary Notes

Secondary Notes means those Notes issued at the Second Closing pursuant to the option, in such principal amount as set forth in Schedule 1.01.
