Secondary school means a nonprofit institutional day or residential school including a public secondary charter school that provides secondary education for grades 9-12.
Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.
Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
Reporting Period With respect to each Payment Date and for purposes of making calculations with respect to the hypothetical structure and Reference Tranches as set forth in this Agreement:

Cost Basis means (i) for cash, the dollar amount deposited, and (ii) for the other Permitted Investments, the amount paid, excluding accrued interest, by the holder to buy the United States Treasury Securities or the Money Market Fund shares.
