Second Target definition

Second Target has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6.

Examples of Second Target in a sentence

• As at the date of this announcement, other than holding approximately 9.54% shareholding in the Second Target Company (assuming that none of the Convestible Note is converted into Converision Shares), the First Target Company does not have any other material assets.
