Second Stage definition

Second Stage means the second stage of labor where there is complete cervical dilation to 10 centimeters and ends with the delivery of the Newborn.
Second Stage means, for each Station, the period of time after CNI’s use of the CNI Digital Channel on that Station commences.
Second Stage shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.4(b).

Second Stage means with respect to the Mineral Resources, after the delivery of the Project Deliverables, at the Client’s discretion and on the terms acceptable to the Client, the potential grant of mining lease(s) with respect to one or more of the Mineral Resources in one or more blocks/areas, in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
