Second Priority Credit Agreement has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals to this Agreement.

Second Priority Credit Agreement means the $300,000,000 Credit Agreement dated as of April 20, 2001, among the Borrower, Vencor, the financial institutions party thereto, and Xxxxxx Guaranty Trust Company of New York, as administrative agent and collateral agent, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, together with all replacements, refinancings, refundings and renewals thereof from time to time.

Second Priority Debt shall include any Registered Equivalent Notes and Guarantees thereof by the Guarantors issued in exchange therefor.

  • New Credit Agreement means the Credit Agreement, dated as of the Issue Date, by and among Level 3 Parent, LLC, Level 3 Financing, Inc., Wilmington Trust, National Association, as administrative agent, the New Credit Agreement Agent and each lender party thereto from time to time, as may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
