Second Mezzanine Borrowers definition

Second Mezzanine Borrowers means, individually or collectively, as applicable, HRHH Gaming Junior Mezz, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and HRHH JV Junior Mezz, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, each in its capacity as a borrower under the Second Mezzanine Loan, together with its or their successors or permitted assigns.

  • Term Loan Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the Term Loan Credit Agreement.
