Second Maintenance Term definition

Second Maintenance Term means the second five-year term of Maintenance Services provided by DB Contractor that commences upon issuance by TxDOT of Maintenance NTP2.
Second Maintenance Term has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.1 of the Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement.

Examples of Second Maintenance Term in a sentence

  • The Third Maintenance Term shall commence as of the expiration of the Second Maintenance Term and shall continue for a period of five years, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • The Second Maintenance Term shall commence as of the expiration of the Initial Maintenance Term and shall continue for a period of five years, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Maintenance Period means the period so specified in an adoption agreement as a period of time—
