Second Lien Notes Documents means the Second Lien Notes Indenture, the Second Lien Notes and all other agreements, instruments and other documents pursuant to which the Second Lien Notes have been or will be issued or otherwise setting forth the terms of the Second Lien Notes.

Second Lien Notes Documents means (a) the Second-Lien Notes Indentures, the Second-Lien Notes, the Second-Lien Notes Collateral Documents and (b) any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Second-Lien Notes Document described in clause (a) above evidencing or governing any Obligations thereunder.

Second Lien Notes Documents means the Second Lien Notes Indenture and all agreements and documents related to the Second Lien Notes Indenture and the Second Lien Notes.

In addition, the Prepetition 2024 Second Lien Notes Indenture Trustee and the Prepetition 2025 Second Lien Notes Indenture Trustee reserve all rights to assert claims for interest, if any, including default interest, and all other remedies provided under the Prepetition 2024 Second Lien Notes Documents and the Prepetition 2024 Second Lien Notes Documents, subject to the Intercreditor Agreements.

More Definitions of Second Lien Notes Documents

Second Lien Notes Documents means the Second Lien Notes, the Second Lien Notes Indenture, the Second Lien Notes Security Documents and all other documents executed and delivered with respect to the Second Lien Notes or Second Lien Notes Indenture, as in effect on the Effective Date and as the same may be amended, modified and/or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

Second Lien Notes Documents means the indentures under which the Second Lien Notes are issued and all other instruments, agreements and other documents evidencing or governing the Second Lien Notes or providing for any security, guarantee or other right in respect thereof.

Second Lien Notes Documents means any documents or instrument evidencing or governing any Second Lien Notes Obligations.

Second Lien Notes Documents means, collectively, the Second Lien Indenture and each agreement, instrument or document executed by the Borrower, any Restricted Subsidiary or any of their respective officers at any time in connection with the Second Lien Notes.

Second Lien Notes Documents means the Second Lien Notes, any guarantees related thereto, the Second Lien Notes Indenture and the Second Lien Security Documents.

Second Lien Notes Documents means the Second Lien Notes Indenture, the Second Lien Notes, the Intercreditor Agreement and each security document or pledge agreement delivered in accordance with applicable local Law to grant a valid, perfected security interest in any property as collateral for the obligations in respect of the Second Lien Notes, and all UCC or other financing statements or instruments of perfection required by the Second Lien Notes Indenture or any other such security document or pledge agreement to be filed with respect to the security interests in property and fixtures created pursuant thereto.

Second Lien Notes Documents means the Second Lien Indenture and the other Note Documents (as defined in the Second Lien Indenture), and any other document related to or evidencing the obligations thereunder.
