Second Lien Notes has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
Second Lien Notes means the “Notes” as such term is defined in the Second Lien Indenture.

Second Lien Notes means the Borrower’s Second Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2023, issued pursuant to the Second Priority Senior Secured Notes Indenture and any notes issued by the Borrower in exchange for, and as contemplated by, the Second Lien Notes and the related registration rights agreement with substantially identical terms as the Second Lien Notes.
Second Lien Notes means the Borrower’s 10.0% senior secured notes due 2020 under the Second Lien Indenture.
