Second Lien Loan Documents definition

Second Lien Loan Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement and the other “Loan Documents” under and as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement, as each such document may be amended, renewed, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Second Lien Loan Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement and all agreements, documents and instruments at any time executed and/or delivered by any Credit Party or any other Person with, to or in favor of the Second Lien Agent, the Second Lien Lenders, or any of them, in connection therewith or related thereto, as all of the foregoing now exist or may hereafter be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the Intercreditor Agreement.

Second Lien Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” under and as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.

• Notwithstanding any provisions of the Plan to the contrary the Prepetition Second Lien Claims will be deemed Allowed General Unsecured Claims in an aggregate principal amount of $85,000,000, plus accrued and unpaid interest, fees, expenses and other obligations arising under the Prepetition Second Lien Loan Agreement and the other Prepetition Second Lien Loan Documents.

More Definitions of Second Lien Loan Documents

Second Lien Loan Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement and the Credit Documents (as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement) and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments providing for or evidencing any other Second Lien Obligation, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with any Second Lien Obligations, including any intercreditor or joinder agreement among holders of Second Lien Obligations to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented, modified, renewed or extended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Second Lien Loan Documents means the Initial Second Lien Loan Documents and any Additional Second Lien Loan Documents.

Second Lien Loan Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement and the other “Loan Documents” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.

Second Lien Loan Documents has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Intercreditor Agreement.
