Second Inspection definition

Second Inspection has the meaning given in Clause 19.4.1.
Second Inspection has the meaning given to this term in Clause 43.2.1 (Second Inspection).
Second Inspection shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a). “Second Inspection Report” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a). “Section 2.2(b) Election” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).

  • After Seller completes all Punch List items, Buyer and Seller’s representative will jointly conduct a Second Inspection, at which Buyer and Seller shall sign an updated punch list indicating that all items are completed.

  • If the City approves the revegetation, stabilization and erosion control measures installed and maintained by the Property Owner based upon the Second Inspection, the Proceeds may be reduced by an amount equal to ninety percent (90%) of the original revegetation amount (the “Second Reduction”).

  • Notwithstanding the date set forth in Section 1 above, under no circumstances shall the Effective Date occur or Assignee otherwise be liable under the Lease, until after the Second Inspection and after Assignee has verified to its reasonable satisfaction that any damage was repaired and personal property removed.
