Second Exchange Date definition

Second Exchange Date means the date that is twelve months from the Closing Date (as defined in the BCA).
Second Exchange Date means that date which is one year after the last Non-Managing Member Unit is issued pursuant to the Contribution Agreement or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next following Business Day.
Second Exchange Date has the meaning ascribed to “Exchange Date” in the Certificate of Designations for the Series D Preferred Securities.

Related to Second Exchange Date

  • Specified Exchange Date means the first business day of the month that is at least 60 business days after the receipt by the General Partner of the Notice of Exchange.

  • Effectiveness Deadline As defined in Section 3(a) and 4(a) hereof.

  • Party B Final Exchange Amount The Sterling equivalent of the Party A Final Exchange Amount converted by reference to the Dollar Currency Exchange Rate.
