Second Component definition

Second Component means the balance, if any of the Fee (after reduction for the First Component) payable to a Director in cash.
Second Component means the balance of the Retainer payable to a Director (after reduction for the First Component) and that is (1) payable in cash or (2) by crediting an amount to a Deferral Account maintained for the Director.
Second Component means the balance, if any of the Fee (after reduction for the First Component) payable to a Director in cash. “Shares” means shares of Common Stock.
