SEC Regulatory Requirements definition

SEC Regulatory Requirements means (a) any publicly available written or oral interpretations, questions and answers, guidance and forms of the SEC, (b) any oral or written comments, requirements or requests of the SEC or its staff, (c) the Securities Act, the Exchange Act, the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act and any rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, (e) any other rules, bulletins, releases, manuals and regulations of the SEC and (f) any rules and regulations of NASDAQ or NYSE.
