SEC Effective Date definition

SEC Effective Date means the date the Registration Statement is declared effective by the Commission.

SEC Effective Date means the date on which the Registration Statement is first declared effective by the SEC.

• The Company agrees that, following the applicable SEC Effective Date with respect to any Securities or at such time as the Unrestricted Conditions are otherwise met or the 1933 Act Legend is otherwise no longer required under this Section 2(f), any certificates representing such Securities bearing the 1933 Act Legend may be exchanged for certificates bearing no 1933 Act Legend.
