SEC Document definition

SEC Document means any registration statement, proxy statement, form, document, report, notice or other filing filed by a Person or any Subsidiary of a Person with the SEC pursuant to the Securities Laws.
SEC Document means that Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the Purchaser with the SEC on March 14, 2008;
SEC Document means any document, exhibit, report, form or other document filed by any Borrower or required to be filed by any Borrower with the Securities and Exchange Commission, including without limitation annual reports on Form 10-K and quarterly reports on Form 10-Q.

SEC Document has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.7.
