SEBI Circulars means Circular No. CFD/DIL3/CIR/2017/21 dated March 10, 2017 read with Circular No. CFD/DIL3/CIR/2017/105 dated September 21, 2017 and CFD/DIL3/CIR/2018/2 dated January 3, 2018 each issued by SEBI, as amended, substituted or replaced from time to time;

CFD/DIL3/CIR/2017/21 dated March 10, 2017 (as amended) on Schemes of Arrangement by Listed Entities and Relaxation under sub- rule (7) of rule 19 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957 issued by SEBI or any other circulars issued by SEBI applicable to schemes of arrangement from time to time ;
SEBI Circulars means Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/16/2015 dated November 30, 2015, issued by SEBI and as amended from time to time or any other circulars issued by SEBI applicable to a Composite Scheme of Arrangement .
