SEASONAL RESIDENTS definition

SEASONAL RESIDENTS means the nuclear family: • Members of the Lessee’s immediate family (husband/wife and children under the age of 19 living at home); • Siblings, adult children, parents and/or grandchildren of the Seasonal Resident do not qualify as registered seasonal residents unless they are listed on the lease agreement. Woodsong shall determine who shall be listed as a “Seasonal Resident” or be deemed a “Guest” based on family circumstances. • “Guests” shall mean all other individuals whom you may invite to visit your campsite and/or stay overnight at your campsite regardless of their relationships to the Seasonal Resident.
