Seasonal Facilities definition

Seasonal Facilities means the Cdn. Seasonal Facility and the US Seasonal Facility.

  • The preceding sentence shall not derogate from the ability of the Borrowers to borrow under the Seasonal Facilities in excess of the Borrowing Bases in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.
