Seasonal Advance Rate definition

Seasonal Advance Rate means, for any date of determination, the lesser of (i) the Seasonal Inventory Advance Percentage for such date of determination, and (ii) the Net Recovery Value Percentage for such date of determination.
Seasonal Advance Rate shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a)(ii) hereof.

More Definitions of Seasonal Advance Rate

Seasonal Advance Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus one and one-half of one percent (1.50%).

  • Receivables Advance Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(y)(i) hereof.

  • Total loan amount means the principal of a loan minus those points and fees that are included in the principal amount of the loan.   • Additional Revolving Loans means any revolving loan added hereunder pursuant to Sections 2.22, 2.23 and/or 9.02(c)(ii).

  • Overadvance Loan means a Base Rate Revolving Loan made when an Overadvance exists or is caused by the funding thereof.
