Searchable Text definition

Searchable Text means the native text extracted from an electronic document and any Optical Character Recognition text (“OCR text”) generated from the electronic image of a paper Document.
Searchable Text means the text extracted or generated using OCR from any Document that allows the Document to be electronically searched.
