Search Reports means reports of searches made of the Uniform Commercial Code Records of the County in which the Property is located, and of the office of the Secretary of State of the State in which the Property is located and in the State in which the principal office of Seller is located, which searches shall reflect that none of the Property is encumbered by liens or security interests, which will remain on the Property after the Closing.
