Majority means more than fifty percent of those votes received by the Scrutineer received for the Postal Vote; Xxxxxxxxxx, in relation to a Postal Vote, means a Scrutineer for that Postal Vote appointed under S4.6; and Voting Form means that form sent to Shareholders’ to be used to vote on a matter in order to carry out the postal vote.
