Screened Persons definition

Screened Persons include prospective and current: (1) owners (other than shareholders who: (i) have an ownership interest of less than 5%; and (ii) acquired the ownership interest through public trading), (2) officers, (3) directors, (4) employees, (5) contractors, and (6) agents of Amerigroup.

More Definitions of Screened Persons

Screened Persons shall include all Covered Persons.
Screened Persons has the meaning set forth in Section 22.24.
Screened Persons include: prospective and current owners of Cephalon (other than shareholders who: (1) have an ownership interest of less than 5%; and (2) acquired the ownership interest through public trading); and prospective and current officers, directors, employees, and contractors and agents of Cephalon. Screened Persons means all USC officers, current USC Healthcare (defined below) employees, contractors, practicing medical staff (credentialed, consulting, residents and fellows), allied health professionals and students of USC Healthcare (including medical, dental, nursing, social work students). “Ineligible Person” means an individual or entity (a) currently excluded, suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to participate in Federally funded health care programs or in federal procurement or non-procurement programs or (b) that has been convicted of a criminal offense that falls within 42 USC § 1320a-7(a) but has not yet been excluded, debarred, suspended, or otherwise declared ineligible. “Exclusion Lists” include the Office of Inspector General (OIG) List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE), the System for Award Management (SAM), and all currently available state Medicaid exclusion databases. “USC Healthcare” includes Keck Medical Center of USC, Verdugo Hills Hospital of USC, USC Norris Hospital, USC Care, Keck School of Medicine, USC School of Pharmacy, and the USC Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry.
Screened Persons shall include officers, directors, and employees of Walgreens, and contractors and agents of Walgreens who are Covered Persons.
Screened Persons include Pediatrix’s prospective and current: (1) owners (other than shareholders who: (i) have an ownership interest of less than 5%; and (ii) acquired the ownership interest through public trading), (2) officers, (3) directors, (4) employees, and (5) physicians, contractors, and agents who furnish health care items or services for any Pediatrix entity that participates in a Federal health care program or that perform billing or coding functions with respect to such items or services.
Screened Persons include Pediatrix’s prospective and current: (1) owners (other than shareholders who: (i) have an ownership interest of less than 5%; and (ii) acquired the ownership interest through public trading), (2) officers, (3) directors, (4) employees, and (5) physicians, contractors, and agents who furnish health care items or services for any Pediatrix entity that participates in a Federal health care program or that perform billing or coding functions with respect to such items or services.
