Scottish Natural Heritage definition

Scottish Natural Heritage means Scottish Natural Heritage established under section 1 of the Natural Heritage (Scotland) Act 1991(8); and
Scottish Natural Heritage means a statutory agency whose remit is set out in sections 1, 2 and 3 of the Natural Heritage (Scotland) Act 1991 and having its principal office at 12 Hope Terrace, Edinburgh, EH9 5NP;
Scottish Natural Heritage means the body known as Scottish Natural Heritage and established by section 1 of the Natural Heritage (Scotland) Act 1991;
