Scope of Engagement. The scope of Firm’s engagement is to provide legal services related to the Service Area(s) identified below, as set forth in this Agreement and any other written communication by Citizens authorizing Firm to perform hereunder. Citizens will not guarantee how many assignments, if any, will be made to the Firm under this Agreement. Scope of Engagement. We will represent ("you" or “client”) in such matters as you refer to us and we agree to accept from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. All of the IP work you hire us for will always remain strictly confidential by our firm if it is not published (or public knowledge). You acknowledge that our acceptance of this engagement does not involve an undertaking to represent you or your interests in any matter other than those you refer to us from timeto time and which we agree to accept in writing that describes the scope of the engagement and references the terms and procedures attached hereto. Scope of Engagement. Our engagement will encompass advising and representing CCWA on federal matters relating to its efforts to enter into a short-term Xxxxxx Act Contract to continue the introductions, conveyance, and storage of CCWA Water into the Cachuma Project facilities for delivery to the CCWA South Coast Participants. Related to Scope of Engagement

  • Scope of Services or “Scope of Work” means the work to be performed by the Proposer or Consultant as described in Section 2.0 of this RFP, as amended thereto.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Scope of Works means the sections of the RFQ detailing the technical requirements of the work to be carried out as existing at the Date of Acceptance of the Quotation and any modification of such Works thereafter directed or the use of which has been permitted by the Superintendent for the purposes of the Contract.

  • public works contract means any agreement between any individual, firm or corporation and the State or any political subdivision of the State other than a municipality for construction, rehabilitation, conversion, extension, demolition or repair of a public building, highway or other changes or improvements in real property, or which is financed in whole or in part by the State, including, but not limited to, matching expenditures, grants, loans, insurance or guarantees.

  • Professional Services Agreement means the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit C and all written statements of work signed by Licensee and related thereto.

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;

  • Consulting Engineer /"Consultant" shall mean any firm or person duly appointed as such from time to time by the owner.

  • Service Subcontract means a subcontract primarily for the furnishing of services, to or for a recipient of Assistance, except where services are incidental to the delivery of products, equipment or commodities. A contract for the purchase or lease of goods, products, equipment, supplies or other property is not a “service subcontract” for the purposes of this definition.

  • Annexure means the Annexure to the terms and conditions.

  • Annexure E means, if applicable in terms of the scope of work, the Contractor’s Project Plan delivered to JOBURG MARKET within the time specified therefore.

  • Labor compliance agreement means an agreement entered into between a contractor or subcontractor and an enforcement agency to address appropriate remedial measures, compliance assistance, steps to resolve issues to increase compliance with the labor laws, or other related matters.
