Scope Changes definition

Scope Changes means Design Scope Changes, Transition Scope Changes and/or Pilot Scope Changes.
Scope Changes means any changes to the Drawings which either (a) increase the Rentable Area of the Building to an amount which exceeds 327,400 square feet of Rentable Area or (b) increase the number of parking spaces in the Parking Garage to an amount that exceeds 1,219 parking spaces such that a change to the structure of the Parking Garage is necessary to accommodate such increase.
Scope Changes means any change to a previously executed SOW.

Scope Changes or “Change(s)” means a change, reduction or addition to the Services or any other change to the Agreement which may include bringing a New Service within the scope of the Agreement; [______]* [______]*
Scope Changes means a material addition to, deletion from, or other modification to, the quality, function or scope of the Turbine Generator Units as delineated in the Scope of Work, or a material change to the requirements of this Agreement, but shall not include Seller's correction of the Work from time to time pursuant to the Scope of Work or Seller's warranties.
Scope Changes. Any changes in work shall be authorized by a written change order ("Change Order") which shall be executed as hereinafter provided.   • Change Order means a written instrument signed by Owner and Contractor stating their agreement upon all of the following: (1) a change in the Work; (2) the amount of the adjustment in the Contract Sum, if any, and (3) the extent of the adjustment in the Contract Time, if any.

  • Project Implementation means all steps which the Grantee undertakes in order to deliver the Project which is being supported by funding provided under this Grant Contract. Any reference to UK primary legislation (Acts) or secondary legislation (Statutory Instruments) in this Grant Contract includes reference to any changes to or replacement of those Acts or Statutory Instruments.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;
