School premises definition

School premises means either of the following:
School premises means any school property and any location where any school activities may take place.
School premises means premises owned, rented or under the control of a school.

Examples of School premises in a sentence

  • The Parents are responsible for insurance of the Pupil's personal property whilst at School or on the way to and from School or any School-sponsored activity away from School premises.

  • The School will do all that is reasonable to ensure that the Pupil remains in the care of the School during School hours but does not accept responsibility for the Pupil if he / she leaves School premises in breach of School rules or regulations.
