School coordinator means a person nominated by the School, who is an employee of the School or the state/territory Education Department, who coordinates the Program at the School on behalf of the School, including being the primary point of contact for Participant Parents and other school staff. School Coordinator Resources means the resources available to School Coordinators to assist them in delivering the Program, as amended from time to time by the Heart Foundation.
