After considering the employee’s response to the Notice of Proposed Disciplinary Action or after the five (5) working day response period, the Charter School Administrator or his/her designee, may impose any level of disciplinary action against the employee by serving the employee with the Notice of Disciplinary Action.
At any time prior to the expiration of the probationary period, the Charter School Administrator or designee may, at his/her discretion, dismiss a probationary employee.
