Schemes of Arrangement definition

Schemes of Arrangement means a scheme of arrangement in respect of the Company under sections 673 and 674 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the laws of Hong Kong), and/or a scheme of arrangement in respect of the Company under section 86 of the Companies Law (2013 Revision) as applicable in the Cayman Islands and/or a scheme of arrangement in respect of the Company under Part 26 of the Companies Xxx 0000 as applicable in England and Wales.
Schemes of Arrangement means the 4 (four) Schemes of Arrangement or any of their number as may be sanctioned in the discretion of the boards, as envisaged in clause 3.1.12 of the scheme;
Schemes of Arrangement means a scheme of arrangement in respect of the Parent Guarantor under sections 673 and 674 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the laws of Hong Kong), and/or a scheme of arrangement in respect of the Parent Guarantor under section 86 of the Companies Law (2013 Revision) as applicable in the Cayman Islands.

Schemes of Arrangement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
