Scheme Record Date definition

Scheme Record Date means 5.00pm on the date which is four Business Days after the later of:
Scheme Record Date means 6:00 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time or British Summer Time, as applicable to the time of year, on the date of the Court hearing to confirm the reduction of capital of CS provided under the Scheme.
Scheme Record Date means the date on, and time at which, a person must be recorded in the Register in order to be eligible to receive the Scheme Consideration, being the close of business on the first Friday following the Scheme LDT (or such other date and time as the JSE may direct);
