Scheme Infrastructure definition

Scheme Infrastructure means all infrastructure owned or operated by the Company, including without limitation the Scheme Supply Race, Water Pipes, Farm Turn-outs, headraces, bridges, siphons, dams, galleries, buffer/pressure break ponds, pumps, water meters, control valves, control gates and cabinets, hydropower plants, generators, turbines, gravel pits, pen stocks, power/transmission lines, monitoring equipment, measuring devices or other infrastructure necessary to take and convey water through the Scheme, supply water to farmers and manage the Scheme.
Scheme Infrastructure means (without limitation) the Water distribution works assets, pumping stations, electrical works, electronic systems, telemetry, pipes, valves fittings and other infrastructure to be owned by or constructed and installed by the Company to convey Water from the Waitaki River to each Connection Point, and includes any facilities in replacement or substitution thereof;
Scheme Infrastructure means all infrastructure owned by the Company, including without limitation the Headrace, Water Pipes, Off Take Points, control valves, buffer/pressure break ponds, pumps, water meters and control cabinets.

  • Wireless infrastructure provider means any person, including a person authorized to provide telecommunications service in the state, that builds or installs transmission equipment, wireless facilities, or wireless support structures, but that is not a wireless services provider.

  • Infrastructure Charge means a Water Infrastructure Charge or a Sewerage Infrastructure Charge;

  • Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).

This definition includes the common membrane technologies of microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis.

Included are all x-ray systems designed primarily for the inspection of carry-on baggage at airline, railroad, and bus terminals, and in similar facilities. An x-ray tube used within a shielded part of a building, or x-ray equipment that may temporarily or occasionally incorporate portable shielding, is not considered a cabinet x-ray system.

  • Radiation therapy simulation system means a radiographic or fluoroscopic x-ray system intended for localizing the volume to be exposed during radiation therapy and confirming the position and size of the therapeutic irradiation field.

  • Payment Infrastructure Provider means a payments clearance system or other third party which forms part of a payment system infrastructure, including without limitation communications, clearing or payment systems and intermediary banks or correspondent banks who are not agents of the Service Provider;
