Scheme Genset definition

Scheme Genset means a Centrally Despatched Generating Unit which is admitted to a Scheme under Clause 53.3;

  • The Pool Member may not withdraw any Scheme Genset from the Scheme during any period referred to in Clause 50.4 applicable to that Scheme Genset.

  • Scheme Shares means the Target Shares which are subject to the Scheme in accordance with its terms.

  • Scheme Document means this document including its Annexures, any addenda or corrigendum to this Scheme Document and/ or any other document issued pursuant hereto.
