Scheme Effective Time definition

Scheme Effective Time means the time on the Effective Date at which the Scheme becomes effective in accordance with its terms;

Scheme Effective Time means the time at which the Scheme becomes effective on the Effective Date;

Scheme Effective Time shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

More Definitions of Scheme Effective Time

Scheme Effective Time shall have the meaning set forth in section 3.2(d).
