Scheme Details means the descriptive and other details in respect of each Firm Scheme accepted by Homes England through IMS (as the same may be varied from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement);

Scheme Details means Capital Firm Scheme Details or the Revenue Firm Scheme Details, as the context may require;

Scheme Details means the individual scheme components outlined in the Scheme Details in the preceding section.

Examples of Scheme Details in a sentence

Capital Bid resulting from the application of this Clause 7 (Changes to Firm Schemes) shall be implemented by such party as is determined by Homes England amending the Firm Scheme Details in IMS and confirmed by Homes England's acceptance of that amendment through IMS and in default of agreement the parties will be bound by the Firm Scheme Details as they existed prior to the change proposed.

More Definitions of Scheme Details

Scheme Details means the descriptive and other details in respect of each Firm Scheme as accepted by the Agency through IMS (as the same may be varied from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement); Firm Scheme Grant or FSG has (save where the context requires otherwise) the meaning given to it in Condition 10; FOIA means the Freedom of Information Act 2000, and any subordinate legislation made under such Act from time to time together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner in relation to such legislation; FOIA Exemption means any applicable exemption to FOIA; Framework Document means the Agency publication entitled "2011-15 Affordable Homes Programme – Framework"; Funding Conditions mean the Funding Conditions set out within the Capital Funding Guide, as formally accepted by the Grant Recipient's board of management and indicated as such on IMS;

Scheme Details means the descriptive and other details in respect of each Firm Scheme as accepted by the Council in writing (as the same may be varied from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement); Firm Scheme Grant or FSG means (save where the context requires otherwise) the amount of grant payable by the Council in respect of a Firm Scheme as set out in the relevant Firm Scheme Details and shall include every tranche thereof;

Scheme Details means the descriptive and other details in respect of each Firm Scheme as accepted by the GLA through IMS (as the same may be varied from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement); Firm Scheme Grant or FSG means (save where the context requires otherwise) the amount of grant payable by the GLA in respect of a Firm Scheme as set out in the relevant Firm Scheme Details and shall include every tranche thereof;

Scheme Details means the descriptive and other details in respect of the Firm Scheme as accepted by the Agency through IMS (as the same may be varied from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement); Firm Scheme Grant or FSG means the Agreed Grant; FOIA means the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000, and any subordinate legislation made under such Act from time to time together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner in relation to such legislation; FOIA Exemption means any applicable exemption to FOIA;

Scheme Details means the descriptive and other details in respect of each Firm Scheme summarised in Schedule 1 but as more particularly described in IMS and as accepted by the Agency through IMS (as the same may be varied from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement);

Scheme Details means the descriptive and other details in respect of each Firm Scheme as accepted by the Agency through IMS (as the same may be varied from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement); Firm Scheme Grant or FSG means the amount of grant payable by the Agency to the Developer in respect of the relevant Firm Scheme as agreed between the parties in accordance with Condition 6 and as subsequently approved on IMS; FOIA means the Freedom of Information Act 2000, and any subordinate legislation made under such Act from time to time together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner in relation to such legislation; FOIA Exemption means any applicable exemption to FOIA; Framework Document means the Agency publication entitled "2011-15 Affordable Homes Programme – Framework";
