Scheme Creditors definition

Scheme Creditors means creditors of the Issuer whose claims against the Obligors are (or will be) the subject of the Cayman Scheme.
Scheme Creditors means the creditors of the Issuer and Marconi plc in respect of the Restructuring.
Scheme Creditors means the creditors or class of creditors of a co-operative to whom the Scheme would apply.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, prior to the appointment of the three Lender Directors, the Parent may issue equity interests in accordance with clause 13.12(g) of the scheme of arrangement between the Parent and the UDW Scheme Creditors (as defined therein) filed with the Cayman Registrar of Companies on September 15, 2017.

More Definitions of Scheme Creditors

Scheme Creditors means persons with Scheme Claims.
