Schematic Design Plans definition

Schematic Design Plans means documents that present a proposed Facility in its earliest stages denoting the approximate size and relationship of areas to each other. Detailed utilities or mechanical functions are not typically shown at this stage.
Schematic Design Plans means the building design specifications document attached hereto as Exhibit C and setting forth the scope, overall design intent and standards of the Core and Shell, including without limitation (A) the design, base building standards, general specifications and layout of the floor plates, structure, elevations, cores, fire stairs, common areas, entrance lobbies (common and, if applicable, each Member’s), building MEP (base, emergency power and supplemental systems) and vertical transportation systems, and (B) specifications for all major components of the Core and Shell.
Schematic Design Plans means those certain schematic design plans relating to Tenant's Construction Work listed on Exhibit I-1 attached hereto (a copy of which Schematic Design Plans has been provided to Landlord) and the table of areas set forth on EXHIBIT I-2 attached hereto.

Examples of Schematic Design Plans in a sentence

  • Landlord shall provide Tenant with periodic pricing once Landlord receives the Schematic Design Plans.

  • If Landlord determines that the proposed Design Development Plans conform to the Approved Schematic Design Plans, Landlord shall so notify Tenant.
