Scheduled Repayment Dates definition

Scheduled Repayment Dates shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.02(a).
Scheduled Repayment Dates means, in relation to the Term Facilities, the A Facility Repayment Dates, the D Facilities Repayment Dates and the Incremental Term Facility Repayment Dates.

Examples of Scheduled Repayment Dates in a sentence

  • Any prepayments of Loans pursuant to Section 2.05(b)(i), (ii), (iii) or (iv) shall be applied to the payments due on the Scheduled Repayment Dates under Section 2.07 first, to any payments due under Section 2.07 on Scheduled Repayment Dates falling in the 12 months following such prepayment and, second, to the payments due under Section 2.07 on the Scheduled Repayment Dates following such 12-month period and the final repayment on the Maturity Date on a pro rata basis.

  • The aggregate limit of the Revolving Commitments shall be reduced on the Scheduled Repayment Dates specified below to the amount set out opposite each Scheduled Repayment Date.

  • Any prepayments of Loans pursuant to Section 2.05(a)(i) shall be applied to reduce payments required under Section 2.07 on the Scheduled Repayment Dates as directed by the Borrower and, in the absence of such direction, in the direct order of maturity.

  • Each such prepayment shall be applied (i) against the installments of principal scheduled to be due on the eight Scheduled Repayment Dates immediately following such prepayment, in the direct order of maturity, and (ii) thereafter, against all remaining installments of principal due on the Term Loan on a pro rata basis.

Related to Scheduled Repayment Dates

  • Scheduled Repayment shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.02(a).

  • Repayment Dates means, subject to clause 7.3, each of the dates falling at six (6) monthly intervals after the Drawdown Date up to and including the date falling one hundred and forty four (144) months after the Drawdown Date;

  • Loan Repayment Date means the date a Loan is scheduled to be repaid, as confirmed pursuant to Clause 5.3(c) of this Agreement, which shall in no event be later than the Facility Repayment Date.

  • Extended Repayment Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).

  • Term Loan Repayment Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.09.

  • Scheduled Maturity Date means June 30, 2032.

  • Incremental Term Loan Repayment Dates means the dates scheduled for the repayment of principal of any Incremental Term Loan, as set forth in the applicable Incremental Term Loan Assumption Agreement.

  • Final Scheduled Maturity Date The Final Scheduled Maturity Date for each Class of Certificates is May 25, 2034, which corresponds to the "latest possible maturity date" for purposes of Section 860G(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Fitch: Fitch Ratings, or its successor in interest.

  • Scheduled Redemption Date means the first (1st) Business Day following the twenty first (21st) anniversary of the Issue Date.

  • Payment Dates means, with respect to any Receivable, the date a payment is due in accordance with the Receivable Agreement with respect to such Receivable as in effect as of the date of determination.

  • Final Repayment Date means the date falling on the earlier of (i) the date falling on the sixth anniversary of the Drawdown Date and (ii) 30 November 2023.

  • Scheduled Payment Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.

  • Scheduled Amount means the Day-Ahead Schedule comprised of the quantity (in MWh) of electric energy expected to be produced by the Generating Facility that is scheduled from Seller or Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator to Buyer in a Physical Trade in the IFM.

  • Scheduled Final Payment Date means, with respect to each Tranche of Securitization Bonds, the date when all interest and principal is scheduled to be paid with respect to that Tranche in accordance with the Expected Amortization Schedule, as specified in the Series Supplement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Scheduled Final Payment Date with respect to any Tranche shall be the last Scheduled Payment Date set forth in the Expected Amortization Schedule relating to such Tranche. The “last Scheduled Final Payment Date” means the Scheduled Final Payment Date of the latest maturing Tranche of Securitization Bonds.

  • Party B Payment Dates Each Quarterly Interest Payment Date from and including the Quarterly Interest Payment Date falling in {circle} 2004 up to the Termination Date and the Termination Date.

  • Mandatory Prepayment Date as defined in Section 2.12(e).

  • Scheduled Interest Payment Date means (a) as to any Eurodollar Loan or Eurodollar Holder Advance, the last day of the Interest Period applicable to such Eurodollar Loan or Eurodollar Holder Advance (or respecting any Eurodollar Loan or Eurodollar Holder Advance having an Interest Period of six (6) months, the three (3) month anniversary of such Interest Period), (b) as to any ABR Loan or any ABR Holder Advance, the fifteenth day of each month, unless such day is not a Business Day and in such case on the next occurring Business Day and (c) as to all Loans and Holder Advances, the date of any voluntary or involuntary payment, prepayment, return or redemption, and the Maturity Date or the Expiration Date, as the case may be.

  • Repayment Date means, when used with respect to any Security to be repaid at the option of the Holder, the date fixed for such repayment by or pursuant to this Indenture.

  • Scheduled Redetermination Date means the date on which a Borrowing Base that has been redetermined pursuant to a Scheduled Redetermination becomes effective as provided in Section 2.07(d).

  • Default Repayment Date means the settlement date set out by the Bond Trustee in a Default Notice requesting early redemption of the Bonds.

  • First Repayment Date means, in relation to each Tranche (and subject to clause 6.3), the date falling three (3) months after the earlier of (a) the Drawdown Date of the Delivery Advance relevant to such Tranche and (b) the last day of the Drawdown Period for the Delivery Advance relevant to such Tranche;

  • Required Prepayment Date as defined in Section 2.15(c).

  • Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-2a Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-2b Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-4 Final Scheduled Payment Date or the Class B Final Scheduled Payment Date, as the context requires.

  • Anticipated Repayment Date With respect to any ARD Mortgage Loan, the date specified in the related Mortgage Note, as of which Post-ARD Additional Interest shall begin to accrue on such Mortgage Loan, which date is prior to the Stated Maturity Date for such Mortgage Loan.
