Examples of Scheduled Repayment Date in a sentence
The final payment of the then outstanding principal amount plus interest thereon is expected to take place on or before the Payment Date which is the last day on which a lease payment on outstanding Purchased Lease Receivables becomes due, falling in January 2026 (the "Class A Scheduled Repayment Date") for the Class A Notes and the Payment Date falling in January 2026 (the "Class B Scheduled Repayment Date") for the Class B Notes.
Any claims in respect of a Note that remain unpaid as at the Legal Maturity Date (which is 18 months after the Scheduled Repayment Date) for that Note will be extinguished on that date and the Issuer will have no further obligations, and neither the relevant Noteholder nor the Security Trustee will have any further claims against the Issuer, with respect to such claims remaining unpaid.
